Processing Time

All items require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Please note that processing time applies to all orders, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

• Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS for your convenience.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Please note: Orders placed on Monday are not guaranteed to ship the next day, as the standard 1–2 business day processing time still applies.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS office immediately for assistance.

Maison Noire Jewelry Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, opened, or damaged after delivery. All shipments are insured, and any claims must be filed directly with USPS for reimbursement.

In-Store Pickup Policy

We offer in-store pickup for your convenience.

Pickup hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM 

You must have your order number available at the time of pickup.
